We are offering to refund the $4.99 purchase price of our "Conference Starter"
iPhone / iPod touch application to the first 50 users to fill out this form.

What is "Conference Starter"?

The Conference Starter iPhone / iPod touch application allows you to
pick a number of contacts and then touch "Start Conference". All the
participants are then called and everyone is dropped into a conference
together. No call-in numbers or PINs are necessary and the $4.99 price of
the application is added to your account as credit. Each participant of a
conference deducts $0.02 per minute from your credit during conferences and
conferences end when the moderator hangs up. Additional credit can be
purchased from within the application.*

We believe that you will like Conference Starter if you try it and will tell others
about it. We are also interested in your honest opinion and more comments
on the iTunes App Store.

OK, so how do we do this?

First, fill out and submit the form below. If you are within the first 50
responders, we will email you a URL to be used to submit a claim for your refund.

Next, search for "Conference Starter" in the iTunes App Store and purchase the
application. Try starting a conference with a friend or two and test it out. When
you are done, go back to iTunes and write a review with your experiences.
Obviously we would appreciate a good review but if you encountered a problem
with the application, please give us the opportunity to make it right.

Then let us know the username you used to submit your review, and once we confirm
your participation, we will refund $4.99 to you via PayPal. You are welcome to
continue using your remaning credit with the application.*
